At TallowTalk, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Due to the nature of our skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

If you’re not satisfied with your order:
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at Tallowtallk@gmail.com 

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A refund (case-by-case basis)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Allergy Disclaimer:
Our products are made with natural ingredients such as beef tallow, essential oils, and botanical additives. We recommend reviewing all ingredients before use. We are not responsible for allergic reactions, but we will always do our best to support you if an issue arises.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
