1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your products with care.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages
TallowTalk is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is missing:

6. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
7. Weather Disclaimer (Important for Tallow Products)
Our products are made with natural ingredients that may soften or melt in high temperatures.
TallowTalk is not responsible for melting or texture changes caused by heat during transit. However, the product remains safe and effective to use. If melting occurs, allow the product to return to room temperature before opening.
